Our Multi-Stage Inspection Process
To guarantee absolute accuracy, we implement a layered inspection protocol throughout the production lifecycle:
- First-Off Inspection: Before mass production begins, the initial part is rigorously validated against the technical drawing to ensure machine setup and tooling are perfect.
- In-Process Inspection: Our operators and QC technicians perform periodic checks at defined intervals to monitor tool wear and thermal expansion, ensuring stability throughout the batch.
- Final Inspection & Validation: Every finished part undergoes a comprehensive final audit. We provide detailed Final Inspection Reports (FIR) to our clients, offering full transparency and peace of mind.
